Every booking you take by phone is one you have to catch, write down and confirm by hand. There is no dollar figure to guess at on this page. Book a 20-minute meeting, tell us about your programs, staff and horses, and we'll give you a price that fits, on the call.
What it costs depends on your operation: how many programs, staff and horses. No generic number fits every stable, riding school or trail-ride business, so we don't publish one.
Book 20 minutes. We ask real questions, give you a straight answer, and quote a price that fits what you run.
| Booking by phone | Booking with Equinimi | |
|---|---|---|
| When a rider can book | Only when someone picks up | Any time, day or night, on their own |
| How you find out what it costs | You add up the hours yourself | Book a demo. We ask about your programs, staff and horses, then quote what fits. |
| Who owns the result | Depends on the tool | Your marketing site is yours, because you paid for it. The booking engine is the service. |
The tools don't know about each other. A booking on the scheduler doesn't reach the barn calendar. A new phone number gets fixed by hand in two or three systems. That costs real hours every week.
Most stables assemble a website builder, a scheduler, a payment processor, a barn-records app and an email tool. Priced from published vendor rates, the booking and back-office core adds up to a sizeable monthly bill1, with a website subscription and a second language on top.
A "free" tool usually takes a percentage of every payment, a cost that rises when business is good. Operators told us they'd rather pay a flat, predictable monthly fee.
1 Assembled arithmetic, not a vendor quote: SimplyBook.me or Checkfront for booking, plus Stable Secretary to BarnManager Pro for the barn. Vendor prices as published.
These four are built and live today. The roadmap is on Capabilities.
No. The marketing site is yours because you paid for it. If we part ways it stays up and stays yours, and online booking switches to a call-or-text button until you replace it. The monthly fee covers the booking engine. There is also a path to buy out the whole platform. Ask on the call.
Cancel 24 hours or more before and the rider gets an automatic booking credit for the deposit. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept.
The build is a one-time investment. The monthly fee keeps the platform live, current and supported: hosting, small updates and a real person on the phone.
There's no self-serve trial, because the platform is built for your business. You get a click-through demo before you talk to anyone, and a full walkthrough on the call before you commit.
No number to guess at here. Book a demo, tell us about your operation, and we'll give you a price that fits. No contract you can't leave with your platform in hand.
