Equinimi is operated by 12128179 Canada Inc. ("Equinimi," "we," "us"), based in Quebec, Canada. This notice explains what personal information this website collects and how we use it.
The only personal information collected through this site is what you enter into the booking calendar when you book a demo: your name, your email address, your phone number, your stable/school/ranch name, and a short answer about how bookings happen for you today. The calendar is a scheduling service we use to run our own calendar; your booking lands there and you get a confirmation by email.
We use this information for one purpose: to hold the demo you booked and follow up about it. We do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter from this booking, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are viewed). Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to do this. A banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies before they load. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
If you use the interactive demo on our site, the demo environment records, on our own servers, which features are used during your visit: the pages viewed and the actions tried, linked together only within that one visit so we can understand the paths prospective clients explore. It records no names, contact details, or anything you type; it sets no additional cookies; it uses no third-party analytics; and it cannot connect one visit to another. Any Google Analytics measurement inside the demo follows the same consent choice you make on this site; without your consent, it stays off.
We keep booking information only as long as needed to hold the demo and follow up about it, not indefinitely. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
