The only personal information this site collects is what you enter into the "Book a Demo" form: your name, your stable/school/ranch name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your location (province), a short description of your current booking challenge (optional), and a day/time that works for a call (optional).
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your demo request and arrange a call. We do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter from this form, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to do this. A banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies before they load. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
If you use the interactive demo on our site, the demo environment records, on our own servers, which features are used during your visit — the pages viewed and the actions tried, linked together only within that one visit so we can understand the paths prospective clients explore. It records no names, contact details, or anything you type; it sets no additional cookies; it uses no third-party analytics; and it cannot connect one visit to another. Any Google Analytics measurement inside the demo follows the same consent choice you make on this site; without your consent, it stays off.
We keep demo-request information only as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up about a demo — not indefinitely. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
